Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead business development initiatives across our Critical Care portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve profitable relationships with key stakeholders within the hospital network.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-level business relationships with key decision-makers within the hospital network
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Maintain a sales funnel for leads within the territory, driving growth and maximizing margins
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Applications Specialists, Engineers, and Product Managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent, with a strong sales/clinical background/experience
  • Medical Device and Consumables sales experience within a hospital environment is preferred
  • Understanding of sales processes and ability to protect and grow market share
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating complex data and building territory plans
