About This Role:As a Medical Device Sales Associate, you are responsible for supporting surgical solutions in theatres. You will establish rapport, credibility, and professional relationships that benefit customers while aligning with our company's values and mission.
Your Responsibilities:- You will collaborate with specialists to support the full breadth of our portfolio across various surgical specialties.
- You will develop strong relationships with key accounts supported by Territory Managers.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
- You will learn and understand business plans and strategic selling strategies to drive territory growth.
- You will support educational programs aligned with regional goals.
