We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to deliver outstanding service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments with financial advisors.
- Provide exceptional service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless client service.
- Support financial advisors with scheduling and client information management.
- Utilize CRM and financial platforms to manage client workflows.
- Regularly use Microsoft Office programs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with a strong sales background.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
