Client Experience Specialist

This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong sales background, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to deliver outstanding service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments with financial advisors.
  • Provide exceptional service to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless client service.
  • Support financial advisors with scheduling and client information management.
  • Utilize CRM and financial platforms to manage client workflows.
  • Regularly use Microsoft Office programs.

Requirements:
