About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced learning professional to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of online education. As an Associate Learning Designer, you will collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create innovative digital resources that enhance student engagement and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice
  • Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery
  • Apply organizational templates, processes, and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery
  • Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects
  • The ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service
