Join CQUniversity as an Associate Learning Designer and collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create innovative, accessible, and high-quality digital resources. This exciting role offers the chance to design engaging learning experiences, support staff in delivering online education, and make a meaningful impact on student success.
  • Partner with Educators to design high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice.
  • Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
  • Apply CQUniversity templates, processes, and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Position Requirements
  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
  • The ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training. (Desirable)
