About The Role

We're looking for a Transformation Communications Officer to join our growing Business Transformation team. In this role, you'll be responsible for communicating with the business on the progress of projects and initiatives associated with the Digital Transformation roadmap. You will work closely with Business Analysts on process, systems and operations to open up opportunities to leverage digital technologies and improve overall performance.

This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week. The role can be based in our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane/Cairns Administration Office.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Communications discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to produce and deliver communications plans for Business Transformation projects
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external providers to prepare communication artifacts in line with communication plans and the Transformation Strategy
  • Ability to develop multi-channel communications and content to support change management initiatives, including communications plans, training and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience analysing existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
