About This Opportunity:

A seasoned Construction Specialist is required to oversee the execution of a complex construction program.

  • Supervise civil contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols, QA/QC procedures, and ITP/ITR implementation.
  • Act as key liaison between Contractors, ESPs and internal teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead hazard and risk assessments, ensuring site safety is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in civil EPCM or client-side roles.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
  • In-depth knowledge of bulk earthworks, civil infrastructure, and concrete operations is required.
