**Job Description:**

  • The role of a Contracts Manager is to lead the development and execution of strategic contract initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from early planning and execution through to post-project review.

As a leader within this organization, you will help fulfill our purpose and realize our vision by building a legacy of excellence for future generations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in contract management, successfully having managed EPC, Design & Construct, Construction or Major Civil contracts within a similar industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serving as the primary representative, making timely and informed decisions within contractual boundaries to safeguard the company's interests.
  2. Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Leading the formulation and implementation of procurement and contracting strategies for assigned capital projects.
  4. Proactively communicating (written and verbal) with contractors on behalf of the company to enable execution of contract scopes of work.
  5. Identifying and reporting on all obligations in contracts at project level.
  6. Coordinating input from subject matter experts to ensure complete factual correspondence.
  7. Establishing and leading commercial meetings with project teams and suppliers.
  8. Advising on commercial/contractual risks and presenting strategies to mitigate them.
