Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our directors and senior consultants, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with upkeep of the office, including basic bookkeeping, debtors and creditors, record keeping, OH&S, social media activity, and spreadsheet maintenance.
  • Support the directors and senior consultants with their day-to-day duties, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in a recruitment agency or sales office environment.
  • Excellent Xero skills and good Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Strong computer skills, preferably with Apple Mac experience.
  • Above-average IT skills and strong IT comprehension to learn new software and tools.
  • A dedicated and private work-from-home office space.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

About the Role:
