Part-time Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our Kindergarten team as an administrative assistant. This part-time role, approximately 15 hours per week, is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional support services to students and families in a non-denominational Christian educational environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide administrative support to the Kindy Director and other team members.
• Develop and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Offer excellent customer service to families, staff, and students.
• Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Collaborate with the college administration to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Be available for additional hours as required, including some flexibility in scheduling.
**Requirements:**
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit.
• A positive Blue Card holder or the ability to apply.
• Three professional referees, including a current Christian minister.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams to achieve goals.
