About the Role

This Employee Benefits Specialist position involves managing a portfolio of Health & Benefits clients by delivering Life Insurance solutions that meet client needs and goals.

By addressing people risk through data-driven insights and quality advice, we help clients make better decisions about their most important asset, their people.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the existing book of business and acquire new clients.
  2. Negotiate with Life insurance markets to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  3. Analyse data and provide insights to clients to support marketing strategies.
  4. Manage a portfolio of large national and multi-national clients, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
  5. Collaborate with peers to apply subject matter expertise and achieve shared goals.
