Seeking a skilled trade qualified maintenance fitter for a challenging role involving machinery performance and maintenance.

About the Role

This varied position requires inspecting, maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment as required. The successful candidate will implement isolations to conduct maintenance and repairs, respond to breakdowns, repair plant and ancillary equipment to standard quality requirements, and perform tasks including lubrication, inspections, testing, equipment exchange, and overhaul.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair all equipment as required
  • Implement isolations as required to conduct maintenance and repairs
  • Respond to breakdowns
  • Repair plant and ancillary equipment to standard quality requirements
  • Maintenance tasks including; lubrication, inspections, testing, equipment exchange, and overhaul
Requirements
  • Trade qualified - maintenance fitter
  • Pneumatic experience
  • Manual arc welding experience
  • Experience in fault finding automated machinery
  • Forklift license and Front End loader advantageous
