Documentation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate banking department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless documentary account maintenance and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients and offshore branches regarding documentary issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Document Management: Oversee client documentation requests, including setup of Electronic Payment Signatory Forms and managing additions and removals of signatories.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Possess a solid understanding of company documentation, including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Interpret and act on global documentation requirements effectively, exhibiting strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Relationship Building: Foster robust relationships with clients, grasping their documentary requirements and providing support for their initiatives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in managing documentation within a banking environment.
- In-depth understanding of corporate banking principles and practices.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience working with domestic and international payments.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented capabilities, with a keen eye for detail in complex environments.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $312,500 per annum, which is comprised of a base salary of $275,000 and additional benefits.
