Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a customer-focused team member to join our store team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our organization and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleYou will be working throughout the store, involved in various tasks from receiving stock, putting fresh produce on display, picking orders for online customers, to being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave the store with their shopping.
Main Responsibilities- Greet and thank customers for shopping at our store
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
- Help customers by answering questions or taking them to products they are looking for
- Shop for online customers and ensure they receive what they need
We are looking for individuals who have a genuine interest in food and shopping, enjoy communicating and interacting with others, and can adapt to change. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, treat everyone with respect, and care about making a positive impact.
