Customer Service Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused candidate to undertake caretaking roles across various neighbourhood and community centres and hubs.

The role requires providing exceptional customer service and support to organisations and individuals using community facilities, ensuring that facilities are safe, well maintained and run smoothly.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a complete customer service package, including initial enquiries, bookings, payments, access, inductions, set up of equipment and furniture and bond release.

An ideal candidate will assist in maintaining high standards across the centres by completing facility inspections, waste management and ensuring equipment is organised and safe.

We welcome applications from candidates with suitable experience in a customer service role, computer literacy in basic office applications and the ability to quickly learn corporate applications.

Able to work within a team environment and with minimal supervision, you will have the opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement and enjoy employee benefits such as leave entitlements, 12% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts and social clubs.
