We are seeking a motivated and personable sales professional to fill this key role. The primary focus will be on sourcing leads, conducting property viewings, and securing lease agreements for individual room rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in lead generation through online platforms, referrals, and outreach initiatives
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property viewings as required
  • Meet prospective tenants at designated property locations for guided tours
  • Presents the features and benefits of available rooms to interested parties
  • Addresses questions and guides prospects through the leasing process ensuring seamless execution
  • Assists with completing and submitting leasing documentation as necessary
  • Follows up with leads to ensure successful conversion

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with lead generation
  • Reliable and punctual, with access to transportation
  • Experience in sales, leasing, or customer service is preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with rental platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, SpareRoom) is an advantage
