Claims Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Accident Claims Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving client claims efficiently and professionally.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Accident & Health client claims and assist with Retail claims as required.
- Assess claims according to our quality and service requirements, determining coverage, reserving, making payments, and responding to customer queries.
- Communicate effectively with brokers, claimants, and others through telephone and written correspondence.
- Participate in training sessions and respond to enquiries and escalations from underwriters, brokers, and customers.
- Apply claims policies and procedures, including those related to fraud, salvage, cost containment, and complaints.
