Job Title: Operations Director

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end project success for sports field and open space construction and renovation projects.
  • Develop and implement detailed project programs, resource allocation plans, and financial management strategies.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, subcontractors, and specialist services.
  • Ensure on-site works adhere to specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and staff throughout the project lifecycle.

 

About You:

  • Possess qualifications in Project Management, Civil Construction, Turf Management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate proven experience and strong technical knowledge of sports field and open space construction methodologies, turf management practices, drainage/irrigation systems, earthworks, and associated equipment and machinery.
  • Achieve high levels of productivity while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate IT literacy and effective communication skills across diverse audiences.
