About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Lead to join our team at Bechtel. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment, screening, and processing of craft professional employees for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process for craft professional employees, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet project requirements.
  • Provide leadership and support to the recruitment team, ensuring seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for project work, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage all aspects of mobilization and compliance, including pre-employment medicals, training, inductions, weld testing, site access, flights, rosters, and accommodation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and effective recruitment of skilled workers.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in senior/lead blue collar recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing/leading recruitment teams or equivalent.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fast-paced, dynamic work environment - ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and targets.
  • Well-developed effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of candidates.
  • Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Solutions-driven, shows initiative, and motivated to deliver.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
