Job Title: Workplace Wellbeing Professional

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to provide onsite wellbeing support across multiple customer locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multidisciplinary onsite wellbeing services, including walk and talk, one-on-one sessions, toolbox meetings, and group awareness programs.
  • Respond promptly to various onsite workplace support needs, adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Effectively manage workload factors, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of motivation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification and registration with a recognized professional body.
  • Proven experience in a relevant role, preferably within healthcare or wellbeing settings.
  • Caring, compassionate, and driven to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Knowledgeable, proactive, quick thinking, and able to work independently.
