As a passionate advocate for young people, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their overall wellbeing.
The Student Wellbeing team provides targeted support to students facing challenges around social/emotional wellbeing.
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and adaptable wellbeing professional who can work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve optimal outcomes for all involved.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive support and intervention strategies to increase student wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external providers to ensure effective case management.
- Develop strong relationships with students and families to promote positive engagement and outcomes.
- Minimum diploma level qualification in Counselling.
- At least 2 years working with children and young people.
- Strong knowledge of current evidence-based practices, policies, and legislation.
- Experience working with Year 7 – 12 students.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
