About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our International Tax Advisory team at Iris Software. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex tax matters and providing strategic guidance on international tax planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tax advisory services to clients on international tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax professionals, lawyers, and accountants, to deliver comprehensive tax services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients are informed and compliant.
- Manage and lead tax projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a top-tier accounting firm or corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in international tax, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to clients.
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and teams, with a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
