Salesforce Administrator Opportunity

We are partnering with a national manufacturing organisation to add a Salesforce Administrator to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the Salesforce platform and have a real impact on its use and adoption.

You will lead and run all Salesforce projects in the business, design and streamline processes, and advise on best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement solutions in Salesforce that align with business objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify new and innovative ways to get the best out of the platform.
  • Support a diverse partner group in all phases of Salesforce administration.
  • Develop training material and provide training across the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading a Salesforce instance as the Salesforce Administrator.
  • Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce user and security model and governor limits.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce applications with external systems.
  • Experience with Pardot and Field Service is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
  • Result-oriented.
