At UniLodge, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our frontline operations team in Darwin. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and excellence across our portfolio of properties.

**Job Summary:**

  • To lead a small frontline operations team to achieve outstanding results and deliver exceptional experiences for students and stakeholders
  • To implement strategic plans and maintain strong relationships with clients, head office, and other key stakeholders

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure student wellbeing is prioritized at all times
  • Manage the property according to operating agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with clients, head office, operations teams, students, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Optimize financial returns and overall financial performance of the property
  • Maintain the property's cleanliness and presentation to the highest standards
  • Proactively maintain building fit-out and equipment standards
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to develop a high-performing team

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain
  • National Police Check and Working with Children clearance
  • Full work rights in Australia
