Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Event Operations Manager. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and maintaining a high level of attendee satisfaction.

As a Senior Event Operations Manager, you will supervise and mentor C&B team members, provide guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance and service. You will also liaise with customers and the chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring efficient and professional delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor C&B team members, promoting high standards of performance and service.
  • Liaise with customers and the chef/kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate guest billing and correct charges are posted.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Conference and Events outlet.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
  • Micros knowledge desirable.
