Wexted Advisors is a leading independent restructuring firm that provides specialized services to clients facing business challenges or complex transactions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager with +5 years of experience to develop their advisory skills and enhance their formal insolvency skills in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing comprehensive better outcome assessment reports for ASX listed and significant private companies;
  • Assisting the Engagement Partner with the delivery of safe harbour reports to ASX Listed Boards and significant private companies;
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of companies in receivership, administration, and liquidation;
  • Communicating with creditors, banks, and statutory authorities;
  • Conducting investigations into the financial affairs of distressed companies;
  • Leading and developing a team of motivated professional staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • +5 years of insolvency experience;
  • CA qualification (ARITA qualification or undertaking also considered);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A motivated and flexible work ethic;
  • Solid technical skills;
  • Strong team orientation;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Full work rights in Australia.
