About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Manager to join our team at BeBee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Restructuring Strategies: Work closely with clients to develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies, overseeing an engagement team and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters, as well as prepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondence.
  • Client Communication: Manage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements, including trade-on management, receipts, and payments, and assist in stakeholder communication both written and verbal.
  • Advisory and Informal Engagements: Assist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments.
  • Business Development: Be a key member involved in various business development initiatives, contributing to your learning and development, and that of our team through coaching and mentoring.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of managing professional restructuring cases.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related field, CA qualified or the equivalent.
  • Skills: Driven to deliver high-quality client service, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, financial solid analytical and quantitative skills, knowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principles, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
