Lead Group: Insolvency and Restructuring Manager

Join our team of experts at Lead Group as we seek an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Manager to lead our clients through complex financial challenges.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in managing professional restructuring cases. As an Insolvency and Restructuring Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering restructuring and insolvency strategies, overseeing engagement teams, and managing multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies
  • Manage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements, including trade-on management, receipts, and payments
  • Assist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondence
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters
  • Be a key member involved in various business development initiatives
  • Contribute to your learning and development, and that of our team through coaching and mentoring
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of managing professional restructuring cases
  • Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related field
  • CA qualified or the equivalent
  • Driven to deliver high-quality client service
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Financial solid analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
