About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Manager to join our team at Lead Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing client engagements, conducting accounting and financial analysis, and assisting clients through corporate distress, voluntary liquidations, restructurings, and administrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Restructuring Strategies: Work closely with clients to develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies, overseeing an engagement team and managing multiple workstreams.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters, as well as prepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondence.
- Client Communication: Manage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements, including trade-on management, receipts, and payments, and assist in stakeholder communication both written and verbal.
- Advisory and Informal Engagements: Assist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments.
- Business Development: Be a key member involved in various business development initiatives, contributing to your learning and development, and that of our team through coaching and mentoring.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-7 years of managing professional restructuring cases.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related field, CA qualified or the equivalent.
- Skills: Driven to deliver high-quality client service, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, financial solid analytical and quantitative skills, knowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principles, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
