Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of key business documents, infographics, and visual aids that communicate key messages clearly and consistently.
  • Manage and develop a central design library and template system for scalable design production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bid teams, desktop publishers, and subject matter experts to convert complex information into clear, business-focused visuals.
  • Oversee and coach the design team, including workload planning, quality control, and upskilling on Adobe tools and design standards.
Requirements:

5+ years' experience in a visual design leadership role, ideally in business initiative environments.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat, with a focus on structured business documentation.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing small teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Deep understanding of corporate branding, layout systems, and document usability, emphasizing clarity and persuasion over aesthetic creativity.
