Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating innovative and impactful visual designs that elevate our brand across all digital platforms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing high-quality packaging with attention to detail, supporting ongoing website design updates and visual identity enhancements, ensuring all creative assets align with our brand guidelines, maintaining organized digital asset folders and approval workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on marketing and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design High-Quality Packaging: Create visually appealing and effective packaging solutions that meet our brand's standards.
  • Support Website Updates: Assist in updating our website with fresh and engaging content, ensuring seamless integration with our brand's overall visual identity.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets align with our brand's guidelines, reinforcing our message and values.
  • Organize Digital Assets: Maintain organized digital asset folders and approval workflows, streamlining our creative process.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on marketing and brand initiatives, driving business growth and success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary Qualification: A degree in Graphic or Digital Design, or equivalent experience.
  • Design Experience: 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design role, preferably in beauty, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Packaging Design Skills: Demonstrated skills in packaging design and execution, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across teams and stakeholders.
