About the Role

This Senior Visual Designer will lead design execution across major projects, shape design systems, and help guide junior creatives. They'll partner with strategists, developers, and producers to ensure our design solutions meet business and user goals, while maintaining high levels of craft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive visual direction and execution on key projects
  • Design polished UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets
  • Develop and evolve scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and flexibility
  • Collaborate closely with UX, strategy, and development teams to implement solutions
You Bring
  • Relevant experience in fast-paced creative environments
  • A standout portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple touchpoints
  • Strong Figma experience and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Understanding of responsive, mobile-first, and accessible design principles
  • Ability to balance hands-on design work with big-picture thinking and leadership
