The Job Description

At Eldercare, we offer competitive remuneration rates plus up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging. This comprehensive package ensures our staff receive fair compensation for their hard work.

We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where physiotherapists can grow professionally and personally. Our team leaders provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure success in your role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert physiotherapy services to residents in accordance with individual care plans
  • Supervise and direct Mobility Assistants to promote resident mobility and exercise
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
