Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to work on an 8-month assignment with a leading technology provider.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for coordinating and managing requests to execute tasks efficiently. You will be working closely with field technicians, scheduling their workflow, and prioritizing tasks to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.
As a key team member, you will provide excellent communication skills, maintain effective working relationships, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and action incoming work to ensure timely completion within operational business rules and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Adapt quickly to change and meet demanding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining effective working relationships and communicating effectively.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process and business improvement.
- Familiarity with project rostering or scheduling is preferred.
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Good understanding of systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in tight time frames.
