Country Road Sales Manager Opportunity

At Country Road Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets and company KPIs
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for the retail industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
