**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Country Road Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Utilize product knowledge to make informed recommendations and drive sales.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Live and role model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
