About this Opportunity :

We are seeking a fashion-forward leader to join our team at Eastland store If you're passionate about supporting your team and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want you on board. You'll play a key role in driving sales and creating a lively atmosphere in store.

This is a 20+ Hour Part Time role requiring availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life :

  • Help drive sales and achieve KPIs while keeping the vibe fun and customer-focused.
  • Support your team with training and feedback to help them grow and develop.
  • Manage inventory, keep the store looking fabulous, and assist with visual merchandising.
  • Work with the Store Manager to create a positive and safe working environment.
  • Assist with roster management to ensure the store is always staffed to meet demand.

What We Are Looking For :

Experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory background.Passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.Proven ability to support sales goals and coach your team to success.Visual merchandising experience is a bonus.Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
