About our organization, we have a position available for an Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for managing delivery expectations with suppliers and ensuring goods meet minimum pre-delivery requirements.

This role supports the Capex Buyer team in purchasing new hire fleet, from purchase order to delivery. You will also assist in improving supplier price solutions and managing pre-delivery processes.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery expectations with suppliers and negotiate optimal pricing arrangements.
  • Evaluate and implement effective pre-delivery processes to minimize delays and costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to internal procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Optimize supplier arrangements and provide high-quality reporting on Capex ETAs and pre-delivery progress.
  • Maintain Preferred and Approved supplier listings, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively liaise with Accounts Payable to expedite payments and ensure timely financial settlements.
  • Champion safety with colleagues and customers, promoting a culture of excellence and well-being.
