Director, Institutional Client Solutions Expert

Challenger Limited is a leading investment management firm managing $127 billion in assets. We're seeking an experienced sales manager to lead the Investment Solutions pillar within the Institutional Client Solutions team.
This is a senior role that requires a strong strategic and analytical thinker who can develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. You'll work closely with a close-knit team of sales specialists to drive sales and coverage strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Challenger's sales strategy for the Investment Solutions Pillar.
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, identifying opportunities to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Retirement and Defined Benefit pillars to ensure seamless integration.
- 10+ years of experience in delivering investment solutions, sales strategy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading sales initiatives and achieving targets.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking ability, with a consultative approach to client relationships.
- Strong presentation skills to both internal and external audiences.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
