Holistic Care Therapy is seeking a passionate and self-driven Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers the perfect blend of face-to-face work across the Newcastle and Hunter region and telehealth sessions you can deliver from anywhere. Set your own hours, work your own way, and enjoy the freedom of a truly flexible schedule.


About the Role:
  • Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS participants
  • Deliver both in-person therapy and remote sessions via telehealth
  • Work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team
  • Manage your own caseload and schedule – work when and where it suits you
  • Contribute to a holistic, client-centered therapy model that truly makes a difference

What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
  • Experience with NDIS participants is essential
  • Proven ability to complete Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Compassionate, professional, and self-motivated
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle (for local client visits)
