Staff Wellbeing Manager

The Staff Wellbeing Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and implements effective wellbeing strategies that improve employee engagement, resilience and safety.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and address wellbeing gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Senior management experience with a focus on staff wellbeing.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
