Main Responsibilities:
  • Bolster key partnerships with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for sourcing suppliers.
  • Lead a high-performing team comprising Procurement Managers, Procurement Leads, and Procurement Specialists.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sourcing plans that optimize category supplier usage and maintain uniform standards across vendors.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by suggesting innovative ways to deliver regional procurement activities.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in professional procurement roles, preferably within a multinational organization, with experience in procurement leadership positions (including people management).
  • Commercial acumen to navigate complex contract negotiations, including autonomy to execute favorable terms efficiently.
  • Familiarity with key suppliers and supply market dynamics.
  • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders.
