Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to strategically scope, cost, and draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for prospective clients.
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for large-scale enterprise-level implementations, defining scope, managing high-level risks, and ensuring project delivery aligns with both client objectives and business profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior-level client and internal stakeholders, leading governance meetings, providing project updates, and proactively managing expectations.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex risks, issues, and blockers, rigorously managing project scope and negotiating formal Change Requests for out-of-scope work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, development, and technical teams to facilitate complex solution design and ensure timely delivery of system integrations.
Team and Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role, with a strong emphasis on managing large-scale, enterprise-level software implementations.
- SaaS implementation experience is highly preferred, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience contributing to pre-sales or sales processes, including the creation of SOW's.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Project Management certifications strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office Applications.
