Senior Engineering Project Director

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Project Director to oversee the full Entry-Into-Service (EIS) program for our E190 fleet. This pivotal role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the E190 program across both the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO).
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of the program including governance, resourcing, business case development, stakeholder engagement, communications, and project management.
- Ensure program deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Develop and execute change, communication, and training strategies to support the successful integration of the E190 into service.
- 15+ years aviation, business or project management experience.
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, aviation, or project management is required - master's degree or MBA is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to plan and execute project delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, peers and frontline staff.
- Relevant operational or SME knowledge to support the AOC.
- Regulatory knowledge and experience working with external regulatory authorities.
- Line and/or Project management experience in managing cross functionally and across cultures.
