Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Management Director to drive and scale our project management function across the organization.

This senior leadership role is instrumental in shaping and executing the delivery of API solutions for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex enterprise customer software solutions, driving cross-functional alignment, and establishing project governance in fast-paced technology environments.

  • Develop and execute the project management strategy aligned with company objectives;
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Manage customer project portfolio, including scoping, prioritization, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking;
  • Define and enforce project management standards, tools, and methodologies;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Professional Services Leadership, Product, Support, Account Management, and Executive teams to align project goals and timelines;
  • Serve as a key escalation point for customer project issues and ensure timely resolution;
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external stakeholders;
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for project execution and team effectiveness;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field;
  • 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in process implementation or client services;
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong yet flexible execution focus with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
