The Role
- Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise workforce management tools to forecast demand, schedule shifts, and monitor performance, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
- Analyse data and identify trends to optimise workforce efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies to enhance workforce management capabilities, driving innovation and excellence.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
About the Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in workforce planning within a contact centre environment, with a track record of success and achievements.
- Proficiency in workforce management tools, such as Genesys, with expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights, inform decisions, and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with adaptability and flexibility.
