Field Operations Manager

This role involves supporting the daily operations of a remote location, reporting to a supervisor. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
- Supervision and support of employees and volunteers in operational tasks.
- Safe operation and maintenance of machinery, plant, and equipment.
- Providing information, advice, and safety guidance to visitors.
- Working remotely for extended periods up to 10 days.
- Undertaking fire management, risk assessment, and enforcement of regulations.
Regular outdoor work and overnight stays at remote locations are involved in this role.
