Job Title: Senior Repair Team Leader

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of repair coordinators to support business operations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage escalated calls and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and help the team stay on top of priorities and deadlines
  • Keep an eye on how projects are tracking making sure they're on time and meeting targets
  • Accurately record and report project data
  • Onboard and train new team members so they feel confident and supported from day one
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide support
  • Check that data, reporting, and admin tasks are completed on time
  • Lead team meetings, keep things organised, and support wider business communication
  • Encourage excellent customer service across the team
  • Track and manage key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in insurance repairs or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A hands-on leadership style
  • Attention to detail (especially when it comes to admin and compliance)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Customer-focused mindset with a calm and solutions-oriented approach under pressure
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable individual
