We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization as Assistant Director.
- This is a key leadership role that will provide high-level advice, coaching, and guidance to managers, supervisors, and staff within the organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on human resource matters, including work health and safety, performance management, workplace behaviour, workers rehabilitation and compensation, leave and absence management, code of conduct, and grievances.
- They will lead the development and implementation of a workforce strategy that aligns with the Department's People Strategy.
- Key responsibilities include building relationships with all levels of the organization, overseeing the delivery of recruitment, rostering, and leave management services, and ensuring consistency of HR processes.
