About the Opportunity

The Senior People & Culture Advisor will support HR operations and strategic direction. This is an ideal role for a values-led HR professional with experience in employee relations, operational HR excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
  • Manage cyclical HR processes, ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and NES
  • Lead and guide HR staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Advise leaders on employee relations matters such as performance concerns and workplace conflict resolution
  • Partner with stakeholders to align people practices with College objectives and regulatory obligations
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior HR advisory or business partnering capacity, preferably in education or complex sectors
  • In-depth understanding of Australian employment law and ER/IR frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring HR professionals
